Every @#$% thing we buy is @#($&*% made in @!#$(&% China! How old does one have to be to absolved from the admonition that "you'd better start learning Chinese"?
I can't start learning Chinese until I finish my courses in the special dialects of pidgin English+Japanese and pidgin English+Chinese in which the manuals and instructions are written that come with products and devices made in Japan and China. I feel confident that if I can actually get to the point of reading those instructions, then Chinese will be a snap.
